The Stage Description, of "One of These Days" by Irani, Mizan, and Wilkin

Aurelio Escovar is a skinny and a confused looking dentist, wearing a collarless striped shirt, closed at the neck with a golden stud, and pants held up by suspenders. He has an eleven year old son who tells him that the mayor wants the dentist to pull his wisdom tooth. The ceiling of his poor and old office is filled with dust and spider web with spider's eggs and dead insects. He looks bored and has nothing to do, so he is deciding to polish false teeth and then a gold tooth, while pumping the drill with his feet. He has a wooden chair and a table with a drawer where a revolver is kept. Opposite to the chair a straight short cafe curtain is hanging on the window. The pedal drill and a glass case with ceramic bottles are on the table. The Mayor is in uniform having the left side shaved but not the other side because of tooth ache is laid on the chair. There is also a small washing basin with a spittoon beside it attached against the wall; a wooden door is standing all alone by itself in the end of the room.
